We want you to feel confident purchasing from Maura Home. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns window is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with any tags attached. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@maurahome.com or through our Contact page before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized, monogrammed, embroidered, or otherwise customized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged textiles
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Personalized products

Personalized products may not be changed, canceled, or returned after production begins except when damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Just attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest Evri ParcelShop. There is no cost to you for sending an eligible return back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible product is to return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
